There are many cinemas in and around Panama City but only four along the coast will play the original movies in English, occasionally with Spanish subtitles.

These are the Cinepolis Town Center in Costa del Este, the Cinepolis Multiplaza Pacific in Punta Pacifica, Nova Cines Panama and the Cinépolis VIP in Altaplaza.
Tickets are usually around $7 and can be bought online in advance from the cinema’s website.

Please check with the cinema to ensure the movies they advertise are actually playing as some of them can be quite unreliable.
